Maday is a seasoned expert in property tax compliance, bringing over 14 years of experience to her role at American Bison Property Taxes. Prior to joining the firm, she led a specialized tax group at a public accounting firm, where she provided property tax services to clients across a wide range of industries—including hospitality, leasing, manufacturing, and retail.
Her expertise spans the preparation and review of diverse property tax returns, as well as in-depth research on state regulatory changes. Throughout her career, Maday has successfully represented taxpayers in audits, consistently delivering favorable outcomes through strategic advocacy and meticulous documentation.

With almost two decades of Property Tax experience, Ben founded American Bison. Ben’s mission with American Bison is to provide pristine quality work in this specialized field, provide impeccable client service, all while continuously challenging the status quo to reach new summits.
Ben previously worked at a large public accounting firm, where he had the privilege of collaborating with clients from various industries, including leasing, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and many more. During his tenure, he led the Property Tax division and achieved a five-fold growth by always prioritizing his clients and delivering tangible results.
Ben has spoken at several seminars organized by prestigious institutions such as the Council on State Taxation (COST) and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
